The ARCTIC TP-3 is a premium performance thermal pad that comes in a size of 200 x 100 x 0.5 mm and is available in a pack of 2 pieces. The thermal pad is made of silicone and a special filler, which allows it to outperform high-performance pads, especially when dealing with height differences of closely spaced chips due to manufacturing tolerances. The TP-3 offers excellent thermal conductivity despite its extremely low hardness and is particularly soft, making it suitable for different chip heights and possible tolerances. The thermal pad acts as a perfect gap filler, bridging uneven surfaces and air gaps without stressing sensitive and protruding components.
The ARCTIC TP-3 is electrically insulating, non-adhesive, and easy to handle, ensuring optimal and safe heat transfer in various applications. It can be easily cut to size if needed, and its good compression properties contribute to its high performance as a heat conductor. The TP-3 is suitable for versatile applications, including heat-conducting, vibration-damping, and moldable uses.
HIGH PERFORMANCE — VERY SOFT
Based on silicone and a special filler, TP-3 outperforms high-performance pads, especially when height differences of closely spaced chips typically occur due to manufacturing tolerances. The TP-3 offers excellent thermal conductivity despite extremely low hardness.
MINIMIZATION OF THERMAL RESISTANCE
The thinner the pad, the lower the thermal resistance. The TP-3 pad with a thickness of 0.5 mm can easily be compressed to 0.3 mm and thus compensate for height differences between various components of up to 0.2 mm. Please note that due to the extremely low hardness, the installation of the 0.5 mm pad requires extra care. Please refer to the user manual.
VERSATILE APPLICATIONS
Heat-conducting, vibration-damping, mouldable, electrically insulating — safe and easy to use. Thanks to its good compression properties, the soft heat conduction pad is particularly gentle on components and at the same time a good heat conductor. In addition to the standard format for M.2, the TP-3 is available in various sizes and thicknesses, which can be easily cut to the desired shape and size. This makes it ideal for RAMs, chipsets, and ICs of all kinds, which are used in PCs, laptops, consoles, graphics cards, and electronic devices in general.

The ARCTIC TP-3 is electrically insulating, non-adhesive, and easy to handle. This means that optimal and safe heat transfer can be ensured in many application areas.
BRIDGING GAPS
The TP-3 is softer than conventional pads and therefore particularly suitable for different chip heights and possible tolerances. Thanks to their good compressibility properties, the thermal pads act as the perfect gap filler and bridge uneven surface and air gaps without stressing sensitive and protruding components.

All products are shipped to the customer the exact same way that we receive them from the manufacturer. We are NOT responsible for physical damage or misuse of the product, damage or misuse of the product will automatically void the manufacturer warranty.

Schedule and Time
aaawave.com offers a 30 day return/exchange policy, unless otherwise noted. The return/exchange policy begins on the
customers purchase date. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. All refunds will be made back to
the customer’s original form of payment within 7 business days of receiving the return merchandise. Return
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) are valid for only 10 business days. Packages must be received by us within
10 business days after the RMA number has been issued. Packages received after 10 business days will not be accepted
and the warranty period will be considered voided and cancelled. RMA processing time is 5-7 business days once the
package has been received.
Extra Charge
There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund. We charge this 15% restocking fee for all returns for
refund to encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep. We offer RMA replacement without any
restocking fee to customers who have received a defective product.
Shipping costs is non-refundable.
Product exchanges can be accepted for defective items, the same exact item only. Product returns can be accepted for
defective items only. Product returns for non-defective items will incur a 15% re-stocking fee, deducted from the
refund amount.
Customer’s Duty
aaawave.com does NOT offer "Advanced Replacement" for the exchange of defective merchandise.
aaawave.com does NOT pay the return shipping costs for defective merchandise.
We are NOT responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we sell. aaawave.com will pay
for shipping "Back to the customer" for exchange of defective items.
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). Please
contact us for a RMA number prior to sending your package. aaawave.com will NOT accept packages without prior
authorization and a RMA number.
All packages being shipped to aaawave.com must have a valid tracking number that is with a major courier such as
UPS, FEDEX, or USPS.
What do you charge for standard shipping?
We offer free shipping on all items to the continental U.S. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories (i.e. Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands etc.) require expedited shipping and incur shipping charges. Items may be delivered separately in multiple shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
