The RAM and M.2 SSDs are also easily accessible for installation and upgrading by removing the rubber pads and screws on the bottom of the TBS-453DX. MOUNT CLOUD STORAGE FOR AN AMAZING HYBRID-CLOUD EXPERIENCE
The compact TBS-453DX supports Cloud Gateway, allowing you to mount over 20 cloud storage services for convenient, seamless file storage, backup, and recovery. CacheMount is a file-level gateway that makes reaching online files extremely easy, while you can also leverage the multimedia and file management functions provided by QTS to those online files as they are located on the TBS-453DX. VJBOD Cloud is block-level gateway that mounts cloud space on the NAS as block storage for creating volumes or iSCSI LUNs. Transferring a large number of small files thus becomes more efficient, and it saves bandwidth as the system only transfers changed data.
Note: The Cloud Gateway service will be available from QTS 4.4.1.

MOUNT CLOUD STORAGE AND CACHE LOCALLY WITH PERFORMANCE BENEFITS
Enable caching for CacheMount and VJBOD Cloud, so the files on the cloud can be locally cached in TBS-453DX’s CacheMount Cache Volume. This allows you to reach frequently-accessed files with the lowest latency and work with them as they were stored on the TBS-453DX. No matter if you are working from home or offsite, accessing large-size files, or multiple users access to cloud space concurrently, working with those online files is as fast as working within LAN.

The TBS-453DX provides a flexible backup & disaster recovery solution, and supports snapshots that record the state of the system and data at any time. You can easily restore data back to any point of time with the snapshots or backup files whenever needed.

Schedule and Time
AAAwave offers a 30 day return/exchange policy, unless otherwise noted. The return/exchange policy begins on the
customers purchase date. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. All refunds will be made back to
the customer’s original form of payment within 7 business days of receiving the return merchandise. Return
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) are valid for only 10 business days. Packages must be received by us within
10 business days after the RMA number has been issued. Packages received after 10 business days will not be accepted
and the warranty period will be considered voided and cancelled. RMA processing time is 5-7 business days once the
package has been received.
Extra Charge
AAAwave reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 10% restocking fee.
There is no restocking fee if the product is returned factory sealed and unopened (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. AAAwave can only refund the original purchase price.
We offer RMA replacement without any restocking fee to customers who have received a defective product.
Shipping costs is non-refundable.
Product exchanges can be accepted for defective items, the same exact item only.

All packages being shipped to aaawave.com must have a valid tracking number that is with a major courier such as
UPS, FEDEX, or USPS.
What shipping options are available?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the U.S. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories (i.e. Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands etc.) require expedited shipping and incur shipping charges. Items may be delivered separately in multiple shipments.
