Made from soft plastic with lower hardness than metal alternatives, the TG-AS-3 spatulas minimize the risk of scratching delicate CPU integrated heat spreaders or heatsink base plates. Being plastic, they are also non-reactive with the metallic components found in thermal compounds like Kryonaut and Conductonaut. Each spatula should be kept clean and free of residues before use.
